Public Offer

1. What this is

1.1

This is a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, made by the individual entrepreneur Hladko O.V. ("the Provider") to any person ("the Customer"). Creating an account, or making a purchase inside the app, constitutes acceptance of this offer in full.

1.2

"The Service" means the YT Highlights web app, available at brainhart.com/ythighlights: pulling a transcript for a YouTube video you provide the link to, tagging lines while you watch, and reviewing what you saved later.

2. Credits and pricing

2.1

A credit is spent when a video's transcript is pulled. One credit covers one captioned video; a video with no captions costs more credits per minute, shown to you before you confirm. The first 3 captioned videos on a new account are free.

2.2

Credit packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which unused credits expire.

2.3

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and are charged in Ukrainian hryvnia at the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment.

3. Payment

3.1

Payment is processed by JSC Universal Bank, TM MONOBANK, through its Plata by mono service. The Provider does not receive or store your card details.

3.2

Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment processor. A fiscal receipt is generated automatically and may take a few minutes to appear.

4. Refunds

4.1

A credit pack is refundable in full within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no credit from that pack has been spent. To request a refund, write to [email protected] with the email your account uses.

4.2

Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is no longer refundable, in line with Ukrainian consumer law on digital content that has begun to be consumed with the customer's consent.

5. Your content

5.1

You are responsible for the YouTube links you submit and for having the right to view and annotate that content. The Provider does not host video files and does not review submitted links before processing.

5.2

Highlights and notes you create remain yours. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is stored and for how long.

6. Availability

6.1

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for a video being unavailable, having no captions, or being removed from YouTube after you saved it.

7. Changes to this Offer

7.1

This offer may be amended. A new version takes effect when published on this page with its version date. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

8.1

This offer is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation in the first instance, and failing that, in the courts of Ukraine.
